Refunds Policy

​All Drive Test/ Driving Lesson packages are non refundable and non transferable. No change of mind allowed, please do make a purchase only if you are committed to learning.

Cancellation Policy (No Show)

We understand that there will be a need to cancel or alter driving appointments from time to time.

Please make all driving lesson cancellations and alterations by calling us or leaving a text message.

Please give us as much notice as possible. 48 or even 24 hours notice will allow us to contact other clients and offer them the vacated time.

At least 48 hours notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee.

· Lessons cancelled less than 48 hours notice – 50% of scheduled lesson fee applies

· Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours notice or not attended – 100% of scheduled lesson fee applies.

· Drive Test rescheduling needs at least 72 hours of notice. Any cancelations/rescheduling done under 72 hours notice - 100 % of scheduled fee applies.

· No show - 100% of scheduled lesson/test fee applies.

Cancellation fees are payable prior to the commencement of any further lessons and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Waiving of Cancellation fee is at the discretion of driving instructor at his/her will.

Cancellation fees for lessons funded by agency or organisation will be invoiced to the funding body.
